1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services offered by 365neo Digital Services. By using our website, requesting a quotation, or signing a service agreement, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided

365neo provides services including but not limited to:

  • Web and mobile app development
  • Custom software solutions
  • Hosting, cloud & infrastructure
  • IT support & managed services
  • Consultancy, UX/UI & digital strategy
  • Other services as defined in your Service Agreement

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate project information
  • Deliver required content and approvals promptly
  • Ensure provided content follows Bahraini law
  • Cooperate with 365neo to ensure delivery success

4. Fees, Payments & Billing

Unless otherwise specified:

  • Fees may be quoted in BHD or another agreed currency
  • Deposits may be required before work begins
  • Unpaid invoices may result in service suspension

5. Intellectual Property

Ownership of final deliverables transfers to you upon full payment. 365neo retains ownership of internal tools, reusable components, and its own branding & know-how. We may showcase your project unless prohibited by NDA.

6. Project Delivery & Changes

Timelines are estimates. Changes or delays in approvals may modify scope and cost. Acceptance occurs when you approve a deliverable, use it in production, or when the acceptance period ends.

7. Support & Maintenance

Support is provided only if included in your package or Service Agreement. Additional support is chargeable.

8. Confidentiality & Data Protection

Both parties agree to protect confidential information. 365neo complies with Bahrain PDPL and our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

365neo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service involved.

10. Compliance with Bahrain Law

You are responsible for ensuring your use of delivered services complies with Bahraini law and any applicable international regulations.

11. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be in writing. Completed work and related costs will be invoiced. Refunds may only apply when no work has started.

12. Third-Party Services

We use third-party APIs, plugins, hosting, and payment services. 365neo is not liable for failures or downtime caused by third parties.

13. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate services for unpaid invoices, policy breaches, or legal requirements.

14. Changes to These Terms

Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of services means you accept the new Terms.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Disputes will be handled through negotiation or Bahrain courts.
